Delivery Times

The items sold in this shop are made to order, unless stated otherwise. Stitch markers are made and dispatched within 10-15 working days.

United Kingdom (domestic): Delivery is 1-5 business days depending on the shipping option selected at checkout. You can choose between Royal Mail 2nd Class, 1st Class, and Tracked 48.
Delivery cost is weight-dependant.

Rest of the world (international): We only ship internationally to Europe, the USA, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Delivery is 5-14 business days depending on the shipping option selected at checkout. You can choose between Royal Mail International Standard, and International Tracked.
Delivery cost is weight-dependant.

What to do if your order hasn't arrived

Delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail. Once your order has been dispatched, I have no control over how long it will take to reach you. Please note that if you do not order with tracking, I cannot be held responsible for any lost items, nor replace them.

However, please contact me if you haven't received your item within 14 business days for the UK, and after 20 business days for the rest of the world.

Customs & Duties Fees

USA: Customs Duty and Handling Fees are included in the price of the products. As such, US-based customers should not have to pay any additional customs and duties fees upon delivery. Federal and state sales tax may apply, and if/when they do, customers are responsible for paying those at delivery.

Rest of the world (except UK): It is the responsibility of the customer to cover the cost of any additional customs charges for international orders (that includes the EU). I do not control and cannot predict what these charges might be as they vary from country to country. If you have any questions about this, please contact me and I will do my best to assist.

Damaged items

If an order arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible (within 7 days at the most) with a clear photo of the damage to your item.
